    (Bridgeport, Stratford, Huntington, Shelton, Trumbull, and Fairfield)

  • Please submit your application by June 15, 2026, 11:59pm ET.

  • In 2024, six students received scholarship awards. The number of recipients changes based on the number of applicants and funds raised to distribute.

  • Categories are subject to change. However, the 2024 categories were as follows:

    • Academic Excellence

    • HBCU Award

    • Book Award

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • Not at all! This scholarship opportunity is open to all students, regardless of affiliation, awareness, or partnership with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and/or Theta Tau Omega Chapter.
